Carlos Boozer was rightfully selected by the coaches as an All-Star representative for the Utah Jazz, who continue to lead their division after solid victories after contenders. With Boozer out and neither Mehmet Okur or Deron Williams chosen, the team now has zero players participating in the game. As the Jazz have a 7-2 record against top teams in the west, fans should have expected somebody would deserve to represent the team.

Are the Jazz going to make a deal before the February 22 trade deadline? That is the question. I think we can all admit at this point, that as the Jazz are presently constituted, they are probably not going to win a championship this year. There are some glaring weaknesses, despite the fact that they are a very good team.
